Delivery: All orders for the Bracelet of the Month Club Subscription will ship out between the 5-10th of every month. Your order will come beautifully packaged.
Will the bracelets or any other jewelry included fit me? Yes, our products for the Bracelet of the Month Club are all adjustable. This includes the bangle bracelets, rings, necklace. Just in case you are still curious on our sizes the bracelets adjust to 8.25, the rings go adjust to average size 10 comfortably, and the necklace adjusts to size 20".
What if I am unhappy with my product during my subscription? Customer satisfaction and an excellence of service and craftsmanship is my goal, and if you're not happy with the charms you have received, you may have a friend that would love it, so you can pass it on. Otherwise, within 7 days of your receiving the necklace, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange an exchange with any other bracelet with charms you may like. Please note that our subscription plans have products that are chosen for each theme of the month.
Can I get a refund on subscription plans? No. However, we always stand behind our products and craftsmanship. If at any time you are experiencing an issue, please contact us email@example.com and we will respond on average in minutes if it's between daylight hours Pacific time.
Can I make substitutions or changes to the contents of my Bonus box or contents of the Bracelet of the Month Club? There are no substitutions or changes.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. We've made the process of handling customers with care and ease of cancelling should you no longer desire to participate. Please keep the gifts for yourself from us to you as a thank you for trying us out. The value in what we offer is well worth just trying our products.
Shipping: Shipping is FREE in all 50 states. The only time where shipping fee is applied may be in maintenance plan for jewelry.
